Health Innovation Network – set up Experience Programme

Health Innovation Network – early set up of the Dementia Programme, including stakeholder engagement and launch event.

Imperial College Health Partners set up and implementation of Participation and Co-Design Framework, Tool-Kit and Payment Principles.

Health Innovation Network and Health Education South London –support for six Schwartz sites, including community services, mental health and hospices in South London.

NHS Institute for Innovation and Improvement – conceived and developed the NHS Patient Feedback Challenge, which was launched by the Prime Minister in March 2012.  Nine exciting projects were selected using crowd sourcing, to find new ways of making real improvements for patients.

Health Innovation Network, Safety Collaborative – co-design for catheter care programme and worked with Age UK to develop patient and health professional materials and animation.

Clever Together – Supported early development of Transform London.

NHS Institute and Impact Innovation, developed the Patient Experience Learning Programme, a one year, national training programme for commissioners and providers to improve patient experiences. Please get in touch if you would like a copy of the course materials.

Imperial College Health Partners set up and implementation of Participation and Co-Design Framework, Tool-Kit and Payment Principles.

NHS Institute, with Ipsos MORI, developed the Service Improvement Self-Assessment Tool. The tool enables commissioners and service providers to meet policy and practice requirements for improving service experience.

National Voices and Linguistic Landscapes – We The Patients a look at the language of participation, engagement and co-design – what does it all mean?

Transforming Health and Macmillan, developed report on cancer patient experience, including case studies from across the NHS.

NHS Institute and Involve – pioneered Armchair Involvement, a resource to help you decide which technology to use to engage service users, now available on Involve Participation Compass.

Academic Health Science Networks and Health Education England in South London – explored the communications and stakeholder engagement challenge.

Mapping Academic Health Science Networks and Strategic Clinical Networks work across London.

The Patient Experience Book, published in March 2013, this is the collection of the NHS Institute experience and engagement improvement programmes.

Developed this internationally recognised guide:  Transforming Patient Experience: essential guide based on the What Matters to Patients research (Kings College London and Kings Fund).
