Fay Sibley

Special interest in graphic facilitation and live recording, service improvement and re-design, systems leadership and working collaboratively across boundaries

Experience:  Fay has been working in the NHS for ten years, she currently works as a senior project manager for the Health Innovation Network. She was previously a Clinical Team Leader and Paramedic with London Ambulance Service.  Fay is a member of the Darzi fellowship alumni.

Key Projects include the Frailty Collaborative – an initiative to improve care for the frail elderly and ESCAPE-Pain – a project to support the national spread and adoption of an integrated education and exercise programme for patients with osteoarthritis of the hip and knee.

Qualifications MSc Advanced Practice: Healthcare Leadership from King’s College London. BSc Physiotherapy from the University of Hertfordshire. Darzi Fellowship with Leeds University. IHCD qualified Paramedic. Graphic Facilitation and Live Recording.
