Sam Hudson

Special interest in design thinking, creativity in leadership, new technologies and communications. Sam is also a writer and is currently working on her first novel with The Novelry.   

Experience:  Sam formed Überology Ltd in 2013 having previously held senior roles in public services in the UK and Australia. Sam worked in the NHS for eleven years, including time in a Primary Care Trust, Strategic Health Authority, the Department of Health and the NHS Institute for Innovation and Improvement.  She was previously a board trustee at the Social Care Institute for Excellence and Booktrust.  Sam is an Associate of the Point of Care Foundation and a member of the IHI Faculty.

Key Projects include the NHS Patient Feedback Challenge – a £1.5 million initiative to improve service experience and development of Transforming Patient Experience – The Essential Guide.

Qualifications MA Creative Writing and MA Gender, Society and Culture both from Birkbeck College, University of London.  BSc (hons) Psychology from Manchester Metropolitan University, Drama, National Theatre, Melbourne. Athena (Executive Leadership), Kings Fund.
